Shipping and Refund Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
Due to the popularity of our offers, Please Allow 1-4 weeks for shipping to arrive at your doorstep dependent on the product ordered. Please see product description for exact shipping times on items.
We ship 100% FREE on all orders, No Minimum to the United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Russia, Saudia Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and United Kingdom.
International Customers may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Refunds are offered as long as a return request is communicated 15 days after receiving your order.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be eligible for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To request a refund you must email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your request.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
Shipping instructions will be provided when the refund is approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
